Contraindicated in:
Hypersensitivity to doripenem, other carbapenems or beta-lactams

Use Cautiously in:

• Geri: Consider age-related decrease in renal function when choosing dose

• OB: Use cautiously during lactation

• Pedi: Safe use in children has not been established
