• ↑ risk of hypoglycemia with sulfonylureas ; dose reduction of sulfonylurea may be necessary.

• Concurrent use of P-glycoprotein (P-gp) or CYP3A4 inducers, including rifampin may ↓ blood levels and effectiveness and should be avoided.
