Contraindication/Precautions

Contraindicated in:

• Hypersensitivity;

• Concurrent immunosuppressant or phototherapy;

• Active infection;

• History of malignancy;

• Patients with CD4+ T lymphocyte count below normal;

• Lactation or children.

• Patients with chronic or recurrent infections;

• Patients at high risk for malignancy;

• OB: Safety not established);

• Geri: May have increased risk of serious infections or malignancy.
