• Blood levels of alosetron can be increased by fluvoxamine (concomitant use is contraindicated)

• Blood levels of alosetron can be increased by amiodarone, cimetidine, ciprofloxacin, clarithromycin, itraconazole, ketoconazole, ofloxacin, protease inhibitors, telithromycin, and voriconazole (use concomitantly with caution)
