Contraindication/Precautions

Contraindicated in:

• Penile implants

• Penile abnormalities

• Balanitis

• Men for whom sexual activity is not advisable

• Conditions predisposing to priapism (e.g. sickle cell anemia/trait, multiple myeloma, leukemia)

• Urethritis (suppositories)

• Severe coagulation abnormalities or thrombocytopenia

• Patients taking anticoagulants or antihypertensive agents
