• Hypersensitivity

• OB: Lactation: Contraindicated due to risk to fetus/infant

• Pre-existing neurologic diseases

• Patients with childbearing potential

• Infections

• Decreased bone marrow reserve

• Other chronic debilitating illnesses

• Pedi: Safety not established
