• Additive bone marrow depression with other bone marrow depressants (antineoplastics) or immunosuppressant agents

• May decrease antibody response to live-virus vaccines and increase the risk of adverse reactions

Concommitant use with astragalus, echinacea, and melatonin may interfere with immunosuppression
