Contraindicated in:

• Hypersensitivity

• Hypersensitivity to polyethylene glycol (parenteral only)

• Renal impairment (parenteral form)

• Pregnancy, lactation, and children (safety not established)

• Geri: Appears on Beers list. Poorly tolerated due to anticholinergic effects

• Seizure disorders (parenteral form)
