Contraindicated in:

• Hypersensitivity

• Cross-sensitivity with other sulfonamides may exist

• Anuria

• OB: Lactation

• Severe hepatic impairment

• Geri: Increased sensitivity

• OB: Pregnancy or children (safety not established; children may be more susceptible to diuretic and hypokalemic effects)
