Adverse Reactions/Side Effects

CNS: anxiety, dizziness, headache, insomnia, restlessness, tremor, weakness.

Resp: dyspnea.

CV: arrhythmias, bradycardia, chest pain, hypertension.

GU: decreased urine output, renal failure.

Endo: hyperglycemia.

F and E: metabolic acidosis.

Local: phlebitis at IV site.

Misc: fever.
