• ↑ anticholinergic effects with other agents having anticholinergic properties , including amantadine , antidepressants , phenothiazines , disopyramide , and haloperidol

• Additive CNS depression with other CNS depressants , including alcohol , antihistamines , antidepressants , opioids , and sedative/hypnotics

• Ketoconazole , itraconazole , erythromycin , and clarithromycin may ↑ effects
