antipsychotics
General Use
Treatment of schizophrenia. Use of clozapine is limited to schizophrenia unresponsive to conventional therapy. Selected agents are also used for acute treatment of manic and mixed episodes associated with bipolar I disorder, maintenance treatment of bipolar I disorder, and as adjunctive treatment of depression.
